How it works
How Social Tennis Works
Social tennis is the easiest way to get on court and meet other players at the club. Our sessions run throughout the week and are open to all adult members, regardless of ability. Simply arrive at the start time, put your name down, and you will be matched into doubles games with other players who have turned up that day.
Games rotate regularly so you get to play with and against a variety of partners throughout the session. Whether you are a seasoned player or returning to the sport after a break, social tennis is designed to be relaxed, inclusive, and genuinely good fun.
Turn Up & Play
No advance booking needed. Simply arrive at the session start time, add your name to the list, and you will be placed into a doubles game straight away.
Fair & Organised
Players are mixed and matched throughout each session so everyone gets a fair share of court time. Games rotate on a regular cycle to keep things fresh.
Doubles Format
All social sessions are played as doubles. It is a great way to develop your game, practise teamwork, and enjoy the social side of tennis in a relaxed setting.
Stay Connected
Social tennis is the heart of our club community. Many of our longest friendships have started on the social court. Come for the tennis, stay for the company.
